These victims aren't getting the help that they need and deserve. The emotional trauma still affects adults in their 40's and 50's that were victims as children and don't have someone to talk to or depend on since they can't afford professional help. But as people ourselves we can listen and help them relieve some of their anxiety by listening to them. By having someone that will listen to them, be there for them, and help them overcome the mental obstacles in front of them the victims can have a chance to begin healing. There are many ways you can accomplish this to help the may victims in the world you can set up support pages on social media for anyone that is seeking help, create a website with contact information and other pieces of information to inform others of this issue and signs of child abuse so they can help put a stop to it, or you could start spreading flyers with information that the website would hold due to the fact that not everyone has access to the internet and we must be able to help those in all conditions. This common everyday issue needs to be stopped send that can only occur when people are informed of the signs of child abuse and how to help the survivors live their lives as normally as they possibly can after the traumatic experiences they went through. With 7.2 million reports of child abuse in the year 2017 in the country of America alone one can only imagine the astronomical numbers of child abuse spread across the globe action needs to be taken to help these people but with so few people aware of the effects of child abuse or how to even help these children it is extremely difficult. If action isn't taken soon the rates of child abuse will only go up when for the safety and stability of children everywhere the rates must go down now and never rise again.
